The company “OPEN GREECE” located in the municipality of Thessaloniki and in the village of Pylaia, with registration number at the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) 161008004000 and VAT number 801660040, e-mail address info@open-greece.com and tel +302317009100, has constructed and operates this online platform for the sale of tourist products and services (B2B), in which (services and products) are included, inter alia, distribution, transportation, tickets, excursions, conferences, weddings and all kinds of services and products related to tourism. The visitor of this online platform must study, understand and fully accept the following terms and conditions before becoming a user of this web platform and being bound by the content of this. By using the present platform, the visitor becomes a user, he explicitly acknowledges that he is bound by the terms hereof, and in case of disagreement, he must abandon the platform and not re-use it. OPEN GREECE has the right to modify the content of this document at any time without notice, which will be updated on this platform with a new date each time, and the visitor /user is obliged to read it and study it, as it will bind him, since the use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Platform users

The use of the platform is provided to natural or legal entities who have the right of legal
representation and are professionally active in the tourism sector.

Using the platform

In order for a visitor to become a user of the platform and gain access to the content of the platform, he must select the link on the official website www.open-greece.com, entitled "B2B Login", select his / her registration (new travel agent / new hotel) and fill in the online registration form. Once his details have been checked and approved by the company, he will be provided with account access information, which consists of a unique username and password, that will allow him to access and use the platform.

Liability of users

The user acknowledges that he has full and exclusive responsibility for using the platform and for any damage that he or any third party may incur, due to or in connection with the above use.
The user is required to use the information and data of this platform as defined by law and in accordance with the rules of good faith and business ethics, recognizing that he must fully compensate “OPEN GREECE”, for any potential or consequential loss or damage that may be caused by any illegal or contrary to these terms and conditions, use of the platform, its data or its information.
The user is solely responsible for the exclusive use of the unique access details (username and password) for using the platform, as well as for their safe storage, by explicitly accepting that any action performed through his account, shall bind him and all costs will be borne by him. The user of the platform is prohibited:
a) to transmit, promote, publicize, share, send, disclose, etc. in any way whats ever the content of the platform to third parties who have no right of access to it,
b) to copy, use, promote, advertise, publish and in any way violate the rights of " “OPEN GREECE” which derive from its trademark, trade name, trade secrets, its intellectual property, etc.,
c) to use the platform or its content in any way or purpose that is unlawful or inconsistent with the terms herein,
d) to harm in any way the reputation of “OPEN GREECE” or third parties whose details are stored within the platform database,
e) to jeopardize the safety of the “OPEN GREECE” network,
f) to prevent any user from accessing this platform or any service hosted on the “OPEN GREECE” Web site/platform,
g) to bypass the platforms identity check or to use other unlawful ways of accessing it; and
h) to take any action that may cause any damage to “OPEN GREECE” and the users of the platform.

Company Responsibility

“OPEN GREECE” is not responsible for any technical problems that may arise when the user attempts to enter the platform or during its use, due to the incompatibility of his / her browser or his / her equipment or any other another factor for which the company is not responsible.
“OPEN GREECE”can not guarantee that files uploaded by the user are not infected by malicious software, are not infected or do not contain harmful data.
" OPEN GREECE” does not guarantee the uninterrupted and error-free provision of services and the content of this platform and is therefore not responsible for the accuracy of this information or the non-functionality of the platform.
" OPEN GREECE” makes every effort to ensure that the information and the entire contents of the platform are governed by maximum accuracy, completeness, clarity and availability, and that the operation of the platform is continuous.
“OPEN GREECE” has no responsibility for any damage caused to the users of the platform, which is indicatively and not exhaustively caused by the use of incorrect electronic data entries or the inability to access and use the platform.

Stopping Services

“OPEN GREECE” has the right at any time to terminate the user's access to its
services and products, if it finds that the user in any way violates the terms and conditions of use.

Privacy

In the context of the obligation to preserve and protect its users' information, “OPEN GREECE” commits to protect and use in the appropriate manner the personal information (hereinafter referred to as "personal data") which are collected when using the platform or when cooperating with the company " “OPEN GREECE”.
" OPEN GREECE” collects, processes and uses the personal data of users only if their consent has been secured or if the provisions of the law permit the collection, processing and use of such data.

All the content that is contained on this platform (including: texts, photographs, data,
names, trademarks, etc.), except the explicit exceptions (third party intellectual property rights) constitutes intellectual property (intellectual and commercial) of “OPEN GREECE” and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek, EU and International law.
That content may not be wholly or partly modified, copied, traded, reproduced, relayed,
distributed, published, disclosed or commercially exploited. Excluding the case of single storage of a single copy of a portion of the content on a single personal computer for personal and not public or commercial use.


Applicable law

These terms and conditions, and any disputes between the parties in relation to the
platform, its use or any damage caused therefrom, will be governed by Greek law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
Pre-payment, cancellation, no-show and fine print
By making a Trip Reservation, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions that may apply to your Trip including for services rendered and/or products offered. The relevant (delivery/purchase/use/carrier) terms and conditions can be obtained with the relevant Trip Provider. The general cancellation and no-show policy is made available on our Platform on the information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email or ticket (if applicable). Please note that certain rates, fees or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or change. Applicable city/tourist tax may still be charged in the event of a no-show or charged cancellation. Please check the (reservation) details of your product or service of choice thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. Please note that a Trip Reservation which requires down payment or (wholly or partly) prepayment may be cancelled (without a prior notice of default or warning) insofar the relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be collected in full on the relevant due or payment date in accordance with the relevant payment policy of the Trip Provider and the reservation. Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary per segment, product or service of each Trip.. Please carefully read the fine print (below the Trip types or at the bottom of each Trip Provider page on our Platform) and important information in your reservation confirmation for additional policies as may be applied by the Trip Provider (e.g. in respect of age requirement, security deposit, non-cancellation/additional supplements for group bookings, extra beds/no free breakfast, pets/cards accepted). Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are for your own risk and account and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless the Trip Provider agrees or allows otherwise under its (pre)payment and cancellation policy.
If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your Trip Reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the Trip Provider's cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy or not be entitled to any repayment of any (pre)paid amount. We recommend that you read the cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy of the accommodation provider carefully prior to making your reservation and remember to make further payments on time as may be required for the relevant reservation.
If you have a late or delayed arrival on the check-in date or only arrive the next day, make sure to (timely/promptly) communicate this with the Trip Provider so they know when to expect you to avoid cancellation of your Trip (Reservation) or charge of the no-show fee. Our customer service department can help you if needed with informing the Trip Provider. “OPEN GREECE” does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival or any cancellation or charged no-show fee.
